Registration form requires you to attach scanned images/picture
(in JPEG or GIF format) as follows:
- Company Registration Form
· Company Authorisation Letter (Official
letter of authorisation by your company for you to conduct
transaction on behalf of the company)
· Your Identity Card (front only)
2.
Purchase of User Digital Certificate with Smart Card System is compulsory during your membership registration at the prices and packages offered for you to choose from. Payment can be made in the form of Money Order or Postal Order to the address provided in the registration form.
