Quest2 Online Submission System
enabled Product License Holder, Manufacturer, Importer,
Re-packer, Reseller and other related users to conduct
secured online transactions such as registration,
change request, market sampling, renewal and other
transactions.
If you are a First-Time User,
please read and understand the instruction as well
as your PC's pre-requisite requirements in the section
to ensure you will be able to conduct your transactions
successfully.
To register your
membership as a user,
please comply and prepare the necessary documents
in digital format. Please also read and understand
the information provided for Digital Certificate .

Effective 1 June 2010 , all application for Prescription and Non-Prescription Pharmaceutical Products (applicable for Full Evaluation Only) should be submitted through QUEST3 System

If
you have difficulties in logging into the Quest 2
system,
please follow these instructions
1 - Website (http://www.digicert.com.my/root.htm)
2 - Please go to DIGICERT CLASS 2, and click at DIGISIGN
SERVER ID

‘file download security warning’
message will
appears ,click open
when ‘Do you want to open this file?’
prompts.
4 - Click
Install Install Certificate, Next,
Next and Finish.
A message
" The import was successful
" appeared. Click "OK"
5 - Click at DIGISIGN ID BASIC
6 - Follow step (3) DAN 4D)

. Close IE browser.
8 . Log in again to access Quest2 system
